We sell a full range of products suitable for the adventurous back yard barbecuer - including ribs, butts and shoulders for slow roasting and sucklings or whole and half hogs ready for the spit. You can also hire us to do the cooking for you- our custom-made, state-certified smoker is truly a mobile kitchen, and we're available throughout many parts of New England and New York.
